  • I had a situation this past weekend where I was filling air into one of my tires that had a slow leak. Well, turns out, I had a small nail in the tread of my tire which was causing this leak. To add insult to the injury, while I was filling air to get it to the proper PSI reading, my son opened the sliding door on the van which hit the air gun causing the valve stem to completely break off. Now I needed the repair for the nail, a new valve stem, and a new TPMS sensor for my Honda. This was at 5:15 in the evening and thank the good lord there were still employees at this location of Discount Tire, because they were closed. I was now desperate to get this fixed, and a couple of the guys said "no problem" they took the van into the garage, did the repair, and then Coy - I believe he is one of the lead supervisors or MOD at the time, told me "you are all set". I was like, ok what do I owe you for the invoice and repair for the tire. His response? Things happen bud, enjoy your weekend. WHAT!? This location and their team deserve 6 stars, not 5. Unreal. Thank you to Coy and the staff at Discount Tire in Indian Land, SC.
