  • I called and they said it'd take one to one and a half hours to remove a nail from my tire. After an hour and a half they hadn't even started. I asked and they couldn't give me any idea of how much longer. Now at two hours sitting in a very dirty store, I'm still waiting. Worst service ever. Never again! They came out and said they can't service my tire because it's 8 years old (they're only 7 years old with great tread)but they have a set of new tires they can sell me. Discount tire said they would prior but it was a 4 hour wait. So I know the tires are fine.
