  • I am completing my review based on my "on-line" experiences that I have had over the past few months. I chose Duluth trading company because of their funny commercials at first. Once I logged on and saw that they really do have comfort in mind and that they also cater to the Big and Tall community .. that's right I said community .. Everyone else has a community why cant we :-) I placed a few orders over a few month period of time. I ordered pants, socks, shirts, underwear, jackets, and boots. Everything was easily ordered online. Everything showed up in a very reasonable amount of time and the products are well made. I really enjoy everything I have ordered from them except for a pair of boots. Those were very uncomfortable. I wore them on and off for close to two months to see if I needed to break them in. No change. I even removed their original insoles and placed after market insoles in them and still not comfortable. So after wearing for close to two months I called DTC and explained what I had going on and they accepted the return for a full refund with no questions asked. The guy on the phone was so polite I almost threw up ! That's right... over politeness can cause nausea and vomiting. They emailed me a return label and paid for the return process through USPS. I love this company. I will continue to give them my money and you should too ! What experience have you had with DTC ?
