  • I used to love going to hot nails with my mom every time I am in town but the past 2 times I have had the same man who is SO rude and does a half ass job. I am moving to henderson in 2 weeks and my mother (who has been going there for 7 years) and I will be finding a new place. Customer service is important and if your going to have employees who are rude and act like you're bothering them then YOU need to check your self HOT NAILS.
