  • The reviews are true! This place is amazing. They are superheroes and saved the day! We have a business with 15 units, and when one goes down it's a recipe for disaster since we have a lot of expensive temperature sensitive equipment. I had another company servicing our units that just started to fall short, they'd make us wait a week, they never showed up on time, the list goes on. I called Controlled Comfort basically for a second opinion based on their reviews and I am pleased! The lead tech/owner came out and he was honest, answered any questions, and even while he repaired one unit, he notice a preventative repair that needed to be done on another. A+ for attention to detail. He didn't seem like he was just trying to give us a big bill, and the repairs ended up being quiet cost effective. I will ONLY be calling this company in the future. They are the best we've ever used and from the office staff, to the tech, everyone is friendly, and attentive! We love controlled comfort!! :D
