  • I had a scheduled appointment for the Crafton office and when I showed up for my appointment I was told the hairdresser who I had scheduled with had cancelled and would not be at work that day. I think it is unfortunate that no one called me or informed or that particular hairdresser did not have the courtesy to try to reschedule for another day. My 150.00 will spend well at another salon since I have heard this happens quite often there.
