Love these guys. A/C repair seems to have a bit of a bad reputation, since a few bad companies capitalize on the urgency to overcharge customers.
I called Legacy after my A/C stopped turning on (just made a buzzing sound). It was after 8:00pm, so I left a message and waited for a call back. Unfortunately, when they called back the next day, they did not have time for me until the following afternoon, but I figured it was worth a wait for good service. Tech showed up on time and explained the failure. Since the problem could have been caused by one of two parts (fan motor or capacitor), they changed the least expensive one (capacitor) and told me that if the fan motor was the problem they would fix it and include another capacitor for free (within 30 days). Three weeks later, it is still running great. Definitely recommend!
