I called about a 4 wheel alignment they had advertised on Groupon. After seeking clarification if this was a 1 time alignment or if it had a 12 month warranty they were no longer "friendly"
Their policy is if you hit a pothole they will not cover this in their warranty. Unsure who would aim for a pothole, but I am not one of those drivers. When I mentioned Big O's policy as a comparison that their 12 month warranty covered things like this and I am only seeking clarification of their policy the person who answered the phone (Mike) seemed to become agitated with the question.
It seems unusual that when a customer is simply calls for clarification that it becomes such an issue for them. I'm going to play it safe and avoid based on this interaction. If this is how they treat "potential" customers - how do they treat long time customers? Not a risk I am willing to take.
