| - I had to go through these people because of a home warranty. My AC stopped working, and with the first visit, the guy did not have the right size ladder to reach the roof to the AC. Secondly, when checking the AC inside my condo, he unscrewed the cover, and it fell on my laminate floor chipping it. I get that stuff happens, and he was apologetic. He came back a second time and fixed whatever was wrong. Cool. Then they say that they would fix my flooring and send a guy out to do it. Fine. What really irritated me though was the unresponsiveness of the manager, and that he would not follow up with me or return my calls. I must have called him four times over a three week period. I even had to call the guy who inspected my floors to see what was going on. After the three weeks the receptionist called me back to book a time for the floor repair. They didn't even bother to check what would happen to my floor warranty or anything, and I had to figure that out myself. After the poor customer service, and inconveniencing me with having to replace a portion of my floor which took four hours out of my day, (and there's still a piece of base board missing), they have the audacity to not cover the trade call fee through my home warranty because, "they already paid for the flooring." There wouldn't have been any flooring to pay for if your guy didn't mess it up. So, I'm basically paying $60 for a guy to flip a switch to make my AC work, for a wasted four hours of my life, and a missing piece of base board.
I think it's pretty clear I would not recommend this company to anyone.
