  • This is my 2nd time going to this location my first experience wasnt that great because of the staff now I Absolutely hate this location because the staff are still very unfriendly and they had canceled my appointment that I made a month ago due to they "couldn't contact" me first of when I made the appointment the lady that I spoke to said that "I'm confirming you appointment on May 1st @ 11p to Arby location" and of course I said yes and she never asked if I have a new number to contact if there was any changes and I automatically had thought they have the ID caller number anyway that she should have a record of, hell no! I will never make the same mistake again I gave them a second chance to make it better but some things in life do not deserve a second chance. Total fail in my part :(. Of to finding a new and better OBGYN and staff. Thank you but no thank you for your service
