I love this bike rental! Before I bought a bike I took my girlfriend here with me. The all day rental rates are the best around here. I showed up on a pretty busy day and there was only one person working at the time so there was a little wait but he was extremely polite. I was told the same thing about not shifting but was only told not to use the left shifters if I'm not experienced because the trail is mostly level and if I didn't know what I was doing i would most likely cross shift. Now that I'm more experienced I know more about the damage that can be done from that. The trail really is pretty level. I rode to Rockwood from the point and there is only a few slopes seperated by a few miles inbetween. They have a ton of different bikes to choose from which was awesome because my girlfriend prefers to have higher handle bars and that wasn't a problem at all. Every time I've gone they give a card with their number on it in case I broke down. The one time I did I gave them a call and they drove to me to replace the bike. I had to wait for them but that to me is understandable when only one person is working. Later I bought a few bikes off of them since they recycle old bikes. They gave me a great deal on the bikes, and they were in good shape too. I've been back twice for repairs. The first time I needed a tune up which was free my first time since I bought it here. The second time was yesterday I brought one in for a quick repair on a bike that wasn't from here which they did for free too.
