  • My wifes iPhone 5's battery couldn't hold a charge for more than a couple hours so we decided to give JCD a try. She was a walk in, got quick service, got the new battery, good price, and it has been working great. A+ SO....I decided to get mine replaced. I brought it in yesterday and received the same quick service, but the battery was dead and required me to stay 20-30 minutes to confirm that it would charge up. It did and I was out the door. Charged it fully overnight, but next day it died within 3 hours with very minimal use. Brought it back, they put in a new one without any hassle and without additional charges (they guarantee their work). So far, it seems to be performing well. Lemon's happen with lithium ion batteries, but their no-hassle customer service is what will keep me going back to them if I have any other issues with my phones.
