The reason I choose barber shops is because of the experience. I like that a good barber is very meticulous about the details, and takes the time to make sure the customer is satisfied. This simply was not my experience here.
I got there at about 5:30 on a Tuesday, there were three barbers going and only one other guy and myself waiting in line. There didn't seem to be any need for a rush. The barber that gave me my cut had me in and out of the chair in ten minutes, and about three of those minutes were spent with his clippers down and his eyes glued to the TV. Had he been precise, the little amount of time he spent on my hair wouldn't have been much of a bother, but my hair was completely uneven, and I left the chair with hair still on face. By no means was the barber rude, he just seemed to have no passion for his craft which is what I look for.
Overall I feel like I could have gotten the same experience for half the price at a Super Cuts. I'll probably give this place one more shot because I want it to be as good as I had heard, but until then I give my experience two stars.
