  • The 1 star is for the biased customer service from some young naturally blond haired teenager in there. I noticed he did not greet me and my company, but successfully greeted the ppl in front and behind of us. Even upon exit he thanked others for coming (who did not purchase), but clearly turned away and refused to look our way. North Face has some pretty explicit employees who seem to discriminate based on the color of skin or lack of.
