  • This place is a nightmare. I lived there for three years, and my last year was the worst ever. This property used to be called the Canyons, and was renamed after they were bought by Alliance Residential Company. Our bathroom shower had to be redone twice and still did not work properly at move-out. Over the year we lived there we were out of a shower for about a month total. Then our water heater burst and flooded into the living room, hallway, and bathroom. They replaced that the same day and brought in a fan to dry the water out. Upon moving out we discovered behind our entertainment center mold was growing. AWESOME! The apartment staff might be nice but management is a nightmare and could care less about our problems. The Business Manager is very condescending, and will do nothing to remedy your issues. I will never rent from Alliance Residential Company again.
