  • I went to see Devon (?) to get my hair done. To be honest, from the jump she seemed bitchy. I brought in a photo of what I wanted and also explained it. My hair was already very blonde but grown out, and I just wanted the balayage blended and the whole thing to be refreshed. I was there for FIVE HOURS!!! FIVE! My hair was already blonde!!! When it came time to rinse out the dye, I could hear her bitching about someone else who worked there & how they didn't order the proper toner she needed so she just picked something else and used it... My ends were literally grey and my roots were ORANGE.. I never even wanted my roots done. She totally played it off to me like everything was fine. I was already an hour late for work after being there for so long so I just left and had someone else at a different salon fix it. I didn't trust her enough to even go back. Ended up talking with some friends and heard that two of them had gone here & BOTH gotten shitty hair cuts. So.... Maybe just skip this place.
