  • Had an installation appointment today between 1 and 3 that was confirmed yesterday. Took the day off from work and they never showed up. Called over an hour later to see what had happened and they said they called to verify I would be here. Believe me, confirmation was yesterday and no call was ever placed to me today. Again, I took the day off strictly for this. No message was left or incoming call placed to me. I asked that the installation charge be discounted for missing the appointment and they said no. Fair enough. They are Home Depot's installer. Maybe it was a miscommunication but I doubt it. Buyer beware.
