I drove from California to celebrate my birthday in Las Vegas. According to my gps I was due to arrive at the hotel around 9pm but due to the 15fwy being shut down I was delayed checking in by almost 3 hours. When I finally made it there I had a few technicalities with the guy checking me in but because I was tired from the long drive across states I decided to not hassle and get to my room & get some rest.
Fast forward 2 days later during checkout. I went to the front desk to ensure that the "technicalities" I experienced during check in were sorted out before I left. A pleasant woman named Aurora was there to greet me & ensure that she had straightened everything out for me. Customer service is everything to me and the way she handled my concerns to make sure I was happy regardless of what occurred at check in was awesome! If I could give 2 xtra stars & a pay raise to her I would. Makes me not want to book or check in unless I'm directly dealing with her.
