  • I rarely to NEVER write reviews- but I truly hope this one gets seen and helps save anyone else the time I wasted. This was the WORST car shopping experience I've EVER had. Personally I've never spent over 6 hours at a dealer attempting to purchase anything. I own and purchased a brand new chevy camaro RS I was attempting to trade in for a possible new or CPO. I was told for hours they were running credit and and my down payment wasn't enough - after signing* a written paper statement and agreeing that my consigner and $ down was just right (mind you after several hours) the finance manager tells me to walk outside and check out another "new"'car with him. I told him I had no interest once again in a NEW car and we had been running numbers on the CPO we agreed on for hours... they only wanted me to purchase a new car - and being as that im a cute young woman and came alone to shop for my car - they truly thought could wear my patience thin enough to the point of saying yes to a new car (2016 mind you that they were trying to push off the lot- at an unreasonable cost!) and attempt to get me to purchase a new $41,000 Optima instead of a great CPO Optima we had agreed upon. long story short- turns out after 6.5 hours they had never i intended to sell me the CPO we had been Running numbers on for hours- AFTER a written confirmation we were making the deal. Both the sales manager( Blake Mahaffey ) & the finance manager are completely hnf and here to jerk you around till THEY get what they want! Go ANYWHERE else besides this waste of a time dealership or prepare for a lost day and frustration for wasted time.
