  • My hard drive on my MacBook pro decided to die right before finals and I was freaking out. I was so stressed out w/ the possibility of buying a new laptop and having to start all of my assignments over. Once I saw Vahe, he assured me that the hard drive and all of its data was fine. I was able to get my laptop back within 2 days (dropped of Monday, picked up Wednesday) and everything was back to normal! I can't thank him enough for his reassurance, speedy repair, and fair pricing. You are the reason I won't be failing graduate school. Thank you thank you thank you.
