  • Extremely frustrating when the last item is on the mannequin and the sales staff will not take it down. The dress was no longer stocked and apparently the store policy is that all items on display can not be removed. Had the same situation in Dallas and the manager did the right thing by removing the item so I could purchase it. Forever 21 MUST be more customer oriented.
