The wait here is ridiculous. I think we waited here for 2 hours. But you know what. It was actually worth it because this is by far the best spot for pan roast I've had. The chef here is a master at his craft. With that being said, he takes his time to perfect each dish and it can take a while. Understandable and I wasn't too tripping.
The pan roast is to die for. It just has this something that makes it taste amazing. The texture, the taste the aroma. It was euphoria for me. I definitely don't recommend large groups. Its just tough because the only seats are at a bar. They are limited so be prepared.
If you're lucky enough to finally get a seat. Be prepared for some delicious tasting food coming your way. Next time you're in Vegas be sure to stop on by. I believe there is another Oyster Bar in Vegas but you gotta go to this location. Way better.
