My experience with service king was very hit and miss. When I first took my car there Simon was so helpful and it was a great experience. They ended up having my car for 38 days. They called me 3 times to let me know my car would be ready and then the day I was supposed to pick it up they would call and say it wasn't ready. But Simon was always so nice and would apologize and explain why they needed to keep it longer so I didn't really mind. When I got the car back the keyless entry didn't work because the cord or cable (I'm not a car expert) never got reconnected. Also, there was damage to the interior of my car and instead of replacing the price it was sanded down. It felt like sand paper and wasn't texturizing or shiny like the rest of the interior. I told Simon that was not acceptable to me. Again he apologized and assured me it would be on order and he would let me know when it came in. A ew days went by and I noticed that the headlight that was supposed to be replaced did not work. I called and asked to speak to Simon. He didn't answer so I left a message. He was always great about calling me back. 5 messages later and no response I talked to the front desk girl who told me my part had come in but Simon never called to let me know. She told me to come in and I was able to talk to a manger. Chris was very nice and apologized for everything. They replaced my head light and installed the headlight. If Simon hadn't ignoring ally phone calls and voicemails towards the end I would have given this place 4 stars.
