  • I've been going here for 6 years and have survived 3 owners and 4 managers. Each one is better than the last --- and they have all been good. The current managers, Jenna and Tommy, are both very friendly and kind ... And have great skills! They take pride in their craft and work to bring the current national trends to Lorain, Ohio. I request Jenna or Tommy each time I go in, and I have always been pleased. Also, important to me is the cleanliness of the place and the time taken to clean and sterilize their trade tools. Appointments are accepted, but call aheads and walk-ins are also welcome.
