  • I have been waiting all afternoon for Andy of Tree Pros to stop by for a quote. He was to be here between noon and 2:00pm. It is now almost 4pm, and I have not received so much as a courtesy phone call. This is the 2nd chance for Tree Pros. I had the same issue about 8 months ago.... having to call several times before getting a return phone call. My time is valuable too, and this is NOT the way to do business. I have called another company, and I will no longer be giving Tree Pros my business.
