  • Excellent. After being jerked around by multiple sources Big O Tire manager James took control of two lingering problems. The AC in my limo began to work after Big O took it in and with no drama, hidden costs or BS charges. My Z4 finally has the proper specialty tires and rims It's like driving a fast - very fast cloud. I knew based on price comparisons I was not getting hosed on to begin with. The rear tires on my car are a different size than the front tires it appeared there may be an increase in price for the rear tires after my rims arrived. James did a price match and everything worked out fine. James is honest and does great work. He also took the time to explain everything that was done and to make recommendations on further work. As it turns out my suspension is a racing suspension. This explains why the steering is so tight. James ran down prices to change the suspension out when I am ready and did not pressure me to do it on the spot. He also directed me where to get an inspection and bring my registration up to date at a below average price and without having to go to the dreaded DMV.
