  • I will never know how good this place really is, since my experience ended before I even got inside. This really isn't a review on the service or the products, but more of a rant on rudely I was treated before I had a chance to even check this place out. SO, today was a particularly crappy day for me, but I was craving a smoothie and had driven past IntaJuice a millions times, so I thought, "this place will cheer me up!" and headed over. Oh, how wrong I was. I pulled into the parking spot and saw a family was walking out of the door, it was a man, a woman and a girl who I assume is their daughter. The woman had a smoothie in her hand and my first thought was "oh how nice, a family outing.". I got out of the car (my parking spot was right in front of the door) and headed to the door. I was at most, 15 feet from the family. I made eye contact with the young-ish girl (maybe late teens), and we smiled at each other. As the family walked away I heard the wife say, "you locked the door right?" and the man responded, "yes". As soon as they finished their sentence my had reached the door handle which I pulled and guess what, it was locked!! I then noticed the sign on the door that stated Monday through Thursday they close at 7. So these people literally walked right pass me, KNEW I was making my way to their establishment, MADE SURE that I could not get it, and didn't have a decency to tell me, "oh sorry! Were closed!" That really grinded my gears. They let me look like an idiot trying to open a locked door. Once I felt that the door was locked I turned around and watched the family get into the car and had to physically bite my tongue to keep from "thanking them for being so polite", for lack of better words. I have worked in food and retail before so I know how awkward it is to turn away a customer, but at least be nice enough to not make them feel completely ignored. I am a firm believer in shopping local, but I unfortunately had to take my money next door to the corporate demon that is, Starbucks. \ Maybe next time.
