  • Myself and 7 friends spend 3 nights there and we definitely NOT recommend this hotel. Pros: the casino area has a nice thematic and the view from the Eiffel tower is pretty nice. But this 2 things you can have access if you are not staying at this hotel. Cons: we have a bad experience on the check-in, they don't have available the rooms we booked so they gave us separate rooms. On the checkout they charge is an extra breakfast and we need to reclaim with the manager (the first lady who attended us was extremely rude, the manager was too much polite). At the end the problem was with their system who charge a wrong date. We also had a bad experience with both place we have breakfast (la boulevard at Paris a d JJ Boukangerie) all the staff was so rude with customers! Also they refuse to gave me a glass of water because I didn't buy something to drink, they told me I need to buy a bottle of water. Definitely is not a place to stay, I recommend just check the casino and the shops area but not stay or eat there. On the rest of the restaurants we eat (inside Bellagio, Mandala, Cosmopolitn and Venetian allí staff was very friednly!)
