  • I wish I could rate in the negatives. There was an incident at the blue diamond location involving my child. Christina the director lied and completely minimized the situation (if it happened to your child you too would be EXTREMELY offended by this). I also spoke with Penny from "corporate" who also seemed nice at first but when I asked what they are able to do to prevent what happened to my child happen to another, she completely disregarded my suggestion, said she could not help and she is not in charge of cameras and refused to give me a name or number of her supervisor. I just don't want what happened to my child to happen to someone else's. Please please please be careful when choosing your child's daycare. The hours are great but the lack of concern and responsibility here is not worth it.
