Good place overall. I bought my first bike new from RideNow. So far they don't treat me or my 250 like poo. The mechanics are willing to stop and explain things because they know I am new to riding motorbikes.
My only complaint is that the business doesn't have a courtesy car. My motorcycle is my source of transportation. When I turn in my bike for a service or breakdown I either have to hang out or walk home. Why doesn't RideNow have a part time driver and car on site willing to pick up or drop off customers that don't have transportation? Every time I need something fixed or inspected I plan my whole week around when I can drop the bike off and walk or call a cab to get home.
When I owned a car I dropped the car off for a repair and I was taken home. When the car was finished they called and asked if they needed to send someone to pick me up. The service at that business was great.
