  • This has got to be the best restaurant closest to my parents house in Waxhaw. Waxhaw just doesn't have many offerings, and this is a bit of a drive, but it's very tasty! I came here with the family once and got the filet and crab cake. I'm very particular about my crab cakes and don't like a lot of fillers. I ended up eating the whole thing, so that should tell you that it's good. If you are in the Blakeney area and looking for a restaurant that is not your typical chain, definitely check out Encore.
