  • bought tickets for the sixers - heat game on 2/11/17 in philly. our three tickets were denied upon entry. the rep at the box office said that the same tickets were sold on stubhub. i will also mention the exact same issue happened with the guy in front of us who also bought his tickets from ticketnetwork. be forewarned that your tickets are NOT guaranteed (seems silly considering this what this company is supposed to provide). purchase at your own risk. also, customer service? *crickets* was on hold for 30 minutes. garbage company
