Went into this shop looking to purchase a new Harley. My husband, son, and I walked the sales floor for at least a 1/2 hour. Looking and finding the bike he wanted to see about. Not one person said a word. So we wondered to the clothing section where 3 employees stood and chatted amongst themselves. Not one bothered to say hello or ask if we needed help. We then went back to the bike he wanted and watched the sales guy (who we didn't know was sales at the time) walk past us with not a word or acknowledgement. So we decided to leave. As we were walking out my husband asked the 3 ladies standing at the front desk of he had to make an appt for sales, she stated no and she would call someone. After him saying no thank you she called anyway. The sales guy came over and could of cared less that we were interested in purchasing a bike right then and there. My husbands questions were vaguely answered, he didn't offer for him to even sit on it to see if it was comfortable. He looked like we were wasting his time. The entire staff could of cared less we were even there! Not one greeting, smile, or anything. Your loss LV Harley!!!! Needless to say we left and went to Red Rock Harley where we were treated amazing from the second we walked in the door!!!
