| - I called and spoke to Michael on Wed. 3.23.16 I booked my appointment for the next day. He took my credit card info and said nothing would be charged until after the replacement. The morning of my appointment, 3.24.16 he called to tell me the side bars would be $130 a piece if the tech broke them, so I canceled my appointment, and called someone else. That same day my card was charged $276.96. I called Michael, and he said, "oh I didn't know they charged you, I will get it reversed." I asked how long that would take and he said he would find out and call me back. It is now 3.28.16, I have not heard from Michael, I have called 800-381-9840 2 times this morning and have sat on hold for 15 mins each time, and after 15 mins it automatically disconnects me. I googled the business address provided on Yelp and their website, so I could go in and speak to someone, and the address is a residence. I do not recommend this company. I will be disputing the charge with my bank, and I feel this company is pretty shaky.
