  • I ordered two tall drinks in the drive-through: hot ginger tea, and hot caramel brûlée latte. When I arrived at work, I gave my supervisor her drink and it was labeled "gingerbread latte", and she said it tasted like a gingerbread latte. My drink label said "caramel brûlée latte" but it's nothing but a cafe latte. When I asked how the barista was doing, he said he was losing his mind and had been at work since 5am; however, it was only 12:21p when I was there and therefore he had not worked an 8 hour shift yet. I could understand these kinds of careless mistakes from an employee who was working a double or who had been at work longer than 8 hours, but not from someone who hadn't even hit the mark for a full shift. Overall, I won't be returning to this location. It's more convenient to go to any of the other locations in the area and receive the drinks I actually ordered (and paid for). The gingerbread latte was definitely more expensive than ginger tea, and the drink I ordered is more expensive than the drink I got. Total ripoff and waste of time.
