This in no way reflects on the individual installer, I forget his name but tall guy with gauges, really nice, polite and professional. This is about the company, summer 2015 was the install and here we are Christmas 2016, blowing 59 degrees from the vent because the thermal expansion valve is out of whack (sounds like I know what that is, but I have no clue) all I know is, I'm pretty cold and could possibly store my left over meals in my boyfriends hallway.
Today they send him an email that the potential cost to fix is over a grand! Even though it is under warranty?! What kind of warranty is that for a client who spent 5 grand to begin with?
