We were so excited to stay... unfortunately the reservation was made in error on our call and they didn't have a room available as we anticipated. I know errors occur, but it was very disappointing. It was a struggle to get another reasonably priced room elsewhere on a Saturday night during a highly popular Pittsburgh weekend.
And then the nightmare began... they had charged my card and would not fully refund me. I HAD NOT STAYED! And it was booked in error by their staff. They used a 24 hr cancellation policy rule as their reason. They have been terrible to work with and now I'm having to deal with a dispute through my credit card company. It's very disheartening that a company would be so unwilling to refund for their own error.
