  • Terrible! Terrible! Terrible service! We just finished our lease and wanna take a look at 4225, I found it online and it looks pretty nice from the photos...However..I forgot that photos can lie! Today we drove 30 mins here at 5:30pm, 30 mins before its closed. We walked into the office and there was only one guy sitting there and playing his cellphone. We talked a few mins and I believe he's the worst guy I've ever met in any leasing office anywhere. It seems he couldn't care less about your business...After asking me some rude questions he show me around but I was totally not in mood after our conversation. When I'm in the sample room, he was standing there and playing cellphone, without any introduction...When I tried to ask him some questions about the community such as the parking spot, gym, etc, he gave me extremely brief answer no more than 1 word, like: Yep. No....I ended up telling him: you are so unprofessional, I can't believe you worked here for 3 years... And also, I believe that bad service must be a nightmare to the current residents living there!!!
