  • They supposedly open at 8am yet it is now 0830 on a monday and no one answers any of their phone numbers that we have tried to call. There was no voicemail set up with a message nor was there any information posted on their website advising they would be closed! Absolutely terrible communication. We get emails about pet food/toy recalls from them, yet they could not send out an email advising they were going to be closed. Very disappointing as we used to go here consistently over the last 5yrs. Now we had to switch to a new vet.
