  • I love this place so much. It's clean, they have great staff, they have a digital menu with photos and a paper menu. Every single item on the menu is healthy and clean eating. You have options of vegetables for your sides. You have different protein meat options. You can even choose how much protein or sides you want. For instance, 9oz. of bison, 1 cup of brown rice. If you're on meal prepping, this place is even more perfect. You can many anything work for your macro intake. Most importantly, you can place your meal prep orders here. They have a meal prep menu. You can customized your meals and they actually measure your food properly so you don't go over or below you macro intake. Everything on the menu from breakfast, to smoothies, bowls, salads, proteins shakes, coffee, cookies, brownies, lunch and dinners is simply PERFECT! Seriously!!!! If you want to eat or need the protein intake, this place is for you. They make protein pancakes with protein syrup, coffee protein shakes. My favorite is "Vanilla Gorilla". This place is for everyone. I take my entire family here and mg kids love it here too. They love the protein pancakes, the protein brownies, the steak and much more. They also carry meal prep bags large and small with containers inside of them plays the ice packs to freeze. They also have workout gear for both male and females and hats. They have sale what you need for before, after, or during gym sessions. They have protein shaker cups, water bottles, all kinds of fitness drinks and even coconut water. They great natural juices with BCAAs and natural teas. The water they serve isn't like other restaurants. There water actually tastes good and clean too. I can keep going. This is Olaf was sooooo perfect, I would love to o w day be a franchise PH owner. I love a healthy lifestyle and this restaurant is just perfect for my lifestyle and it can be perfect for you too. Please try this place at least once. You won't regret it. One more thing, they now do catering. What more can you ask for? and all of their ingredients are fresh too. Another new thing they have now are healthy shots. For example, ginger tumeric etc. Shots. Literally everything they offer is healthy for you and your entire family.
