  • No problem with the docs. Front office can't be trusted. They lied and told me repeatedly that insurance would not cover my contacts and they did. Had to return for a second appt because they could not work their own equipment. Said they would contact me several times after appts and did not. Every person I talked to gave me a different quote for contacts. Mixed up my daughters left and right eye prescription. Charged me and my insurance company $400 for one contact that I can't even wear and then told me not to come back. I could go on and on. Didn't realize they had other bad reviews, now I understand why. I have been wearing contacts and glasses for 30 years and never had a bad experience with an eye doc office until now. Thought I would give my business to someone local and brought the whole family there. Biggest mistake ever.
