  • Ordered the sampler consisting of brisket, ribs and chicken. The beef brisket was amazing. Tender and juicy. Just the right amount of fat on it. The pickled purple cabbage that came with it was out of the world. The BBQ chicken was nice and moist. The ribs were a bit burnt for my taste. Could taste the char and had to scrape off some of it. Would definitely try again but will concentrate on the briskets.
