  • Worst experience EVER with Moving!! First Jake cancelled my reservation with no notice, stating that it was policy after 48 hours, yet I have written confirmation of my reservation good for 7 days, price and every detail, but he refused to admit error, NEVER apologized, nor offered to make it right. Instead he would rent me the same unit but now for more money. I know there are other reviews of this office being great, but I'm sorry to say, this experience has let me with a HORRIBLE situation with Public Storage. I even called corporate, tried to get the regional manager, Dave to help, called the 800 number and was treated so condescending and unprofessional it was shocking! I am a health care professional, and all I can say is that it is a sad day when employees and companies think so little of their customers that I had no desire to EVER give them my business, and believe me, word of mouth will spread of this experience. I don't even think a one star is deserved of this office nor of Jake nor the man who works Sundays and Mondays. I have used Public Storage many times in the past for several years, and NEVER had an experience as stressful, deceitful, dishonest, disrespectful, unprofessional nor shady as this.
