I decided to go there. Because of good reviews and my boyfriend recommended me.
But I had really bad experience.
Their flower lineup was so beautiful and nice.
I wanted to buy flower in small vase with foam(sponge) because it was for restaurant I didn't want to get big to take some space also restaurant people can't change water everyday, so I was trying to explain why I want to get with sponge but they didn't accept my request, I understood they said it will be longer life with water but they kept saying not good look or it won't live longer,however I was customer they need to understand what customer wants. At the end she said "what language do you speak?"
I'm not a perfect English speaker but I was trying to explain in English but they didn't try to understand me actually I wanted to put more green leaves which they didn't get.
After my boyfriend called about this situation.because he was upset about how they treat me.
She said because I didn't want to pay more. I said around $30 I wasn't sure about the regular price, it didn't mean I didn't want to pay more. If I like I was ok to pay more also I always pay tip to show my appreciation . If it's gonna cost more they need to explain me which is customer service even I reject that is customer's right.
I was so disappointed and extremely sad. Quality of Customer service should not be based on how much you are willing to pay.
