| - As far as the actual theaters.....they are nice...most with great sound systems, especially the RPX, reserved seating, digital picture with a lot of 3D options including Imax, and of course the reclining armchair seats!
Now, lets go to the concessions area. Sad, dirty, lacking, poor customer service. There are all high school kids working there, and non of them have any customer service skills, training, or motivation to provide such. They all stand around behind the counter in groups talking, laughing, and looking at things on their cell phones while customers line up at the one open register. When they do finally decide to maybe open another register, they just stand there and don't even ask to help the next customer, they just hope you don't notice them. The last time I was there, there were 8 behind the counter, and only one actually waiting on customers. When you do finally get to a register, you might as well be ordering from a kiosk (great idea, by the way), because they have no customer service skills, no training, no personality...like zombies, which wouldn't be too bad if I weren't paying $25 for a small drink and stale popcorn.
The drink station and the butter stations are always filthy dirty with trash everywhere, and none of the 8+ kids that work there ever go out and clean them instead of spending their time on their phones and in their little chat groups.
All of this leads me to believe that there is little or no management on site, otherwise, all of this wouldn't be happening every single time I go there, and I go there often.
Perhaps more theater companies need to move into the area so there is some competition for them to step up their game.
