  • I like the professionalism and courteous approach to making a stressful situation less stressful. I want to compliment Gaspar ( who called me on the morning ) and worked with Colby to arrange and have my experienced even less stressful knowing my situation. He is great!!! He called me back kept me up to date and ensured everything would be ok. I also got a 2nd chance to work with Colby and he is great truly awesome!!! His work ethics are fantastic and he worked with me in every way possible to help me out. I also met Rudy and he was also just as supportive and receptive in working with us!!! I really appreciate your mission and even though you may not be the lowest cost, you all display the highest regard for customer service and care... Please don't change!!! Will definitely keep you all in mind for future donations and moves..
