  • Wow!!! This place is amazing. Life changing experience following their plan. Super knowledgeable and patient to answer all my questions and concerns. After going through some personal issues that saw me gain some weight after keeping it off for 4 years I am super excited to go back again. It's a shame they got some negative reviews do to a 3rd party issue. It's shouldn't take away from what they offer. It is a weight loss program. And after going through the program at 40 I was in the healthiest shape since high school. Please, if you are interested in getting back into shape, InShape is the place to go! Trust me!!! I got the results to prove it!!!
