  • What dare are JB send us the bill. This is a shame!!! Today they sent me a bill for level 1 diagnostic & service call in which I knew I exactly what need to be done in advance. We were asking for quote. We gave them the new buyer inspection report with picture. I called my realtor and told her how unhappy I am with JB Water. We both agreed JB Water don't know what they doing. My Realtor is going to pick up that $85 tap to say sorry to us.(I am really please she is doing that for us) She is very disappointed at them. Guess what. We are not going to use JB Water ever. As a matter fact, I will make sure all my friend and family know if they ever have plumbing need, they will not call JB Water.
