  • I requested an appointment for an updo. 20 minutes after the appointment time we finally get called back and the hairstylist said that she did not do updos and she didn't know why we would be scheduled with her. Front desk mistake. When I scheduled the appointment I asked for the representatives help to make the appointment w/ someone who knows how to do updos and for a teen girl. Simple right? Today the Front desk tried to tell me that there was an error in the computer ... so basically telling me that the front desk doesn't know who the hairstylists are that do updos in the building... don't they know who walks out with what hairstyle and who is happy ... they made a huge mistake and took too long to get it fixed. Very unorganized. I did not appreciate the excuses from the person at the front desk who at one point asked if I wanted the appointment or not... yes B. I want it now I've been waiting for over 30 minutes! I've heard good things about this place and it was also recommended to me. Sucks that it turned out like this for me.
