  • This is the worst place to do business with. I took my 2013 car to them to get an alignment in April and they did and charged me $192.00 exactly two days later my car started shaking again so I took it back and they said oh one of your tires are bad and you need to buy a new tire asap and we can't let you leave here unless we put on the spare so since I had no choice I had the order the new tire and waited 2 hours...well 4 months later I started having issues again and took it to a different place and they said the tire big o tires sold me is a bad tire and it was used so took it back there today and they refuse to do anything about it. The manger Byron was rude and did not even apologize for everything they did wrong in April and simply said you didn't buy warranty so we can not do anything. How can a tire go bad in 4 months? They should have never charged me for the alignment in April and just sold me a tire but yet they charged me for a tire and an alignment and still sold me an old tire. I will be taking this next level up. I emailed you last Friday and I have yet to receive a phone call back.... Just received a phone call from the district manager Robert Head and will be meeting him tomorrow to discuss resolution to this matter. Met with Robert Head this morning and he was able to take care of me and provided me with store credit. Robert was very nice and concerned and apologized for how I was treated.
